We’re a growing, clinician-owned speech pathology practice providing community-based services throughout Melbourne’s south-east. Our goal is to build a practice recognised for excellent clinical care, genuine relationships and meaningful outcomes for the people we support.

We work predominantly with NDIS participants across the lifespan, supporting children and adults in their homes, schools, kindergartens and community settings. Every clinician brings different strengths, interests and experience, and we believe those differences strengthen both our team and the service we provide.

The opportunity

This is a flexible, community-based contractor role servicing Berwick, Cranbourne and surrounding areas in Melbourne’s south-east.

Whether you’re an established contractor looking to diversify your workload, or you’re looking for a practice that genuinely values quality clinical care, this role offers the flexibility to build a caseload that complements your existing commitments.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Build your own caseload around your availability.
• Work with a diverse mix of predominantly paediatric clients, with opportunities to see adult clients if desired.
  Deliver therapy across homes, schools, kindergartens and community settings.
• Work across a broad scope of practice, including speech, language, literacy, autism, social communication, AAC, adult neurological communication and dysphagia (where appropriate).
• Continue developing your clinical interests, with referrals matched to your strengths and areas of expertise wherever possible.
• Be part of a growing independent practice that values thoughtful clinical reasoning, evidence-informed practice and meaningful outcomes.

About you

We’re looking for someone who enjoys the autonomy of community practice, values high-quality clinical care and takes pride in delivering therapy that makes a genuine difference.

You’ll have:

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Confidence working independently while building strong relationships with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
