About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our small and growing team. This flexible mobile role offers the opportunity to provide assessment and intervention services to children with a diverse range of communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for paediatric clients
• Deliver evidence-based intervention tailored to individual needs
• Support children presenting with:Speech sound disorders
• Language delays and disorders
• Fluency (stuttering)
• Orofacial myofunctional disorders
• Social communication difficulties
• Developmental conditions
• Early literacy challenges
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Current membership (or eligibility for membership) with Speech Pathology Australia
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills in paediatric assessment and intervention
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile caseload
• Motivated, proactive, and self-directed clinician
• Fun, engaging, and positive approach to working with children and families
• Values work-life balance and flexible working arrangements
• Experience or willingness to work collaboratively with daycares, teachers, schools, and families, providing functional, holistic support for children with a range of communication difficulties, including neurodivergent and complex clients
