Company Overview
Speech Plus Speech Pathology is a small paediatric private practice in Redlynch, Cairns. We provide services to children of all ages, including those with disabilities and those without. We are well-known in Cairns for our work in the speech and literacy domains, as well as our work with autistic individuals. We try to incorporate neurodiversity affirming principles into everything we do, and stay current with approaches and treatments.
Company History
Speech Plus Speech Pathology began operating in Cairns in 2010. Kathy Bruno was the sole operator at this time, but early in 2021 she opened a modern new premises in a new building in Redlynch. Later that year, another branch was opened in Craiglie, near Port Douglas.
Over her 20+ year career since graduating in 1999, Kathy has seen many changes and gained a lot of experience. The company has a secure foundation that can be trusted to provide continuing services and employment, regardless of changes to funding programs or government policies.
