The Opportunity

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join us as a subcontractor - someone who wants genuine flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality or team connection.

This is an ABN/subcontract arrangement, built for clinicians who want to own their schedule, grow their caseload at their own pace, and work within a practice that actually has its act together. If you are tired of flying solo or burned out by rigid employment structures, this is worth reading.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based intervention to paediatric NDIS clients across Melbourne
• Delivering telehealth services to families across Australia
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on shared client goals - your speech pathology work will be connected to the bigger picture of each child's care
• Partnering with families to set practical, meaningful goals they can work toward between sessions
• Writing NDIS progress notes and reports, with admin support provided

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology
• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status with Speech Pathology Australia
• Experience working with paediatric clients
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Own professional indemnity insurance
• ABN required prior to commencement
