Ascend Health’s innovative model is boosting access to desperately-needed support services while offering invaluable training and practical experience to university students studying health related degrees. Our therapists play a key role in developing therapeutic interventions with our members in the community as well as helping our students in the early stages of their careers.
Since 2017, we have helped our exclusive members with everything from daily activities, social and community participation and therapeutic supports. With our unparalleled standards of service, our staff deliver exceptional service, we make sure you enjoy the best life has to offer.
Company History
Ascend Health was founded with the goal to enhance and elevate the quality of disability services within our community. Since 2017, we have dedicated ourselves to assisting members of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in various aspects, including daily activities, social and community involvement, as well as therapeutic support.
Ascend Health started with just a handful of support workers throughout inner city Perth. We now have nearly 100 support workers throughout Perth in Western Australia, Adelaide in South Australia, Sydney in New South Wales, and our Queensland team on the Sunshine Coast. Our therapy team has also expanded to include new graduate and senior physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and therapy assistants, with many of our very first support workers working in our therapy team.
