Company Overview
Speak, Learn and Grow is predominantly a paediatric practice that focuses on a family centered approach. We believe that it is our role to guide and teach parents and that they are integral to setting goals in therapy. We pride ourselves in our clear communication and we send all of our session notes to parents.
We are NDIS registered and see a variety of clients. We work with really young children from about 18-24 months working on engagement and early communication, we do lots of speech sound disorders with CAS being one of our areas of interest, we target language skills at all ages and do lots of literacy work, as well as stuttering, voice, pragmatics, etc. Working with us will allow you to develop a broad range of skills and provide experience with a variety of special needs and disability, as well as with neurotypical children.
We work closely with local OT practices and organise observations and joint sessions with OTs and other professionals as often as possible.
Company History
Speak, Learn and Grow started as Catherine Rubbi Speech Pathology Services and has been operating in the beautiful Sutherland Shire in Sydney since 1985. The practice was purchase by Kerry Els in 2018 and was rebranded to Speak, Learn and Grow in 2020. Since then it has continued to grow in size and reputation. We have an elegant clinic with 10 treatment rooms, a large waiting area, dedicated lunch room and a meeting room.
