About the role:

• Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week)
• Based in Essendon or Yarraville clinics
• Support children aged 18 months–16 years
• Develop skills across speech, language, fluency, literacy, AAC, and play-based therapy
• Deliver sessions in clinic and community settings (e.g. schools, kindergartens)
• Full admin support – so you can focus on what matters most: your clients

• Weekly 1:1 supervision with experienced senior clinicians
• Regular team case discussions and peer support
• Hands-on shadowing and step-by-step training
• Encouragement to progress at your own pace – no pressure, just support

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
