Our client, an established clinic based in Werribee, is looking for New Graduate Speech Pathologists. This position is suitable for a confident new graduate seeking a structured onboarding, regular supervision, a competitive salary and benefits package! Choose between a community or clinic based environment, tailor your day to your preference!What’s on offer:
- Salary: Competitive graduate package with additional benefits: Salary = $85,000 + Super
- Travel Reimbursement of $1/Km, travel no more than 25 minutes from your home
- Supervision: 1:1 weekly supervision and weekly support sessions.

- Experienced multi-disciplinary team offering support, supervision and guidance as needed..
As a New Graduate Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you’ll:
- Provide therapy to a community and/or a clinical environment (travelling no more than 25 minutes from your home) to a range of NDIS and private clients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create interventions for a range of mixed clients with a caseload tailored to your interests.
- Treat a varied caseload of clients ranging from Paediatric, NDIS, Aged Care, Home Care and private referrals.
- Treat a varied caseload of clients (80% Paediatric and 20% Adult) with a wide variety of intellectual and physical disabilities.
- Bachelor or Master’s in Speech Pathology (or graduating in 2025/2026).
- Eligible or current Certified Practicing Membership with SPA.
- Driver’s license and access to a car.
- Full Australian working rights.
