About the Role
Provide high-quality Speech Pathology across aged care, disability and home care settings. You’ll enjoy a varied caseload, strong office support and the flexibility to shape your week in a way that works for you.

- Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders across home and residential aged care settings
- Conduct dysphagia assessments and develop mealtime management plans in line with IDDSI guidelines
- Design and deliver individualised therapy programs for speech, language, voice and cognitive-communication
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation including NDIS and Home Care Package reporting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and liaise with GPs, nurses, dietitians and case managers
- Educate and train clients, families and care staff in communication strategies and safe feeding practices
- Maintain CPSP status and adhere to aged care quality standards and relevant legislation
- Certified Practising Member registration with SPA
- Police Check
- Driver’s licence + reliable car
- WWVP Check + NDIS Orientation
- COVID-19 & Flu vaccination
