About the Role

• Deliver speech pathology services to NDIS participants in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings
• Complete assessments, observations, and goal setting tailored to individual participant needs
• Provide evidence-based therapy to build communication, social interaction, mealtime, and independence skills
• Manage and prioritise your own flexible caseload
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful participant outcomes
• Opportunities to work with paediatrics, adults, complex needs, or mixed caseloads depending on your interests
• Build strong relationships with families, carers, support coordinators, and stakeholders

What You’ll Need

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
• Current and unrestricted Australian working rights
• Current driver’s licence + reliable vehicle for community travel
• National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• A passion for supporting people living with disability to achieve their goals
