Job Description Looking for CPD opportunities, we've got you! As our #AAA MDT team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to support participants across the Sutherland Shire region, covering Caringbah, Cronulla, and Lower St George, depending on where you’re based. In this role you will: Manage a varied, community‑based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‑centred goals Deliver evidence‑based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goals Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment What's in it for you?
