• Salaries from $110,000 - $123,000 + Generous Commission for exceeding 23 billables (per week)

• Balanced Settings: 60% clinic-based and 40% community-based caseload - with the flexibility to increase community work if preferred.

Earning Potential & Benefits

• Base Salary: $123,200 (base) + a GENEROUS commission structure
• Bonuses: Earn 40% of the charge-out rate for every billable hour beyond 23 hours per week

• Tools Provided: Work laptop and phone supplied

Your Week at a Glance:

• Billable Hours: 23 per week - inclusive of clinical supervision
• Flexibility: Design your day with flexible start and finish times. Prefer a 9-day fortnight? You’ve got it.
• Facilities: Work out of a modern clinic with 14 rooms, a rehab space, and abundant resources. Need more? There’s scope to purchase additional tools to support your work.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Drivers license and own vehicle
