- Team Leader Speech Pathologist
Description
Tired of high KPIs, back-to-back sessions, and constant burnout? This is a different way of working — and a different way of leading.
At Fly2Health, you will lead a team of Speech Pathologists delivering therapy across regional Victoria through a unique model that combines travel, flexibility, and genuine impact — without the chaos of traditional clinic roles.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role. You’ll build your own team and lead end-to-end across hiring, onboarding, and performance. While you’ll maintain a small clinical caseload to stay connected to your team and clients, your greatest impact will come through your leadership.
You will be part of a strong, supportive clinical leadership group, all aligned in driving growth, quality, and the future vision of the organisation.
